Every other year, Texas agencies are required to deliver their strategic plans to our statewide elected officials. TSBPA is currently developing our 2025-2029 Strategic Plan, which includes a survey to poll our customers on how we are doing and where we need improvement. TSBPA’s Customer Satisfaction Survey will close at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8th. The survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete, and your responses are anonymous.
