Every even-numbered year, Texas agencies are required to submit strategic plans to our statewide elected officials. As part of this process, TSBPA is developing its 2027–2031 Strategic Plan. To support this effort, we are conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey to gather feedback on how we are performing, including areas where we are doing well, and where improvements may be needed.
The survey takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete. Please note that only one response per person will be accepted, and an email address will be required to complete the survey. The survey will close at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 18.
